In my free time I run a powerlifting club, called Kapiti Powerlifting Club. I put together the training programmes, and help others to become better coaches, lifters and referees. We have all levels of lifters, from novice through to national champions. Each month as part of their training programmes, I put together a monthly abdominal workout, broken down to cater for different fitness levels.
