Our school’s new principal, Martin Hett is keen on introducing an online programme called reading eggs into our school. I volunteered my class to trial it out. As a bonus, each child in my class received a chromebook to use. We’ve started exploring the program and it appears very addictive, with lots of activities to support student learning in reading. The only noise I’ve heard in this morning’s session, was the tapping of keys – what a contrast!
